When We Accept a Return

We will only accept a return request in the following circumstances:

• The item received is materially different from what was described on the product page
• The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or significant damage caused during production
• The wrong item was shipped due to a fulfillment error on our part

How to Request a Return

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
• Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
• Approved returns must be shipped back unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
